Protein Smoothie

I have been experimenting with making a good tasting protein smoothie and I think I finally came up with one that I can actually drink without gagging! I love it because it tastes good and because it keeps me full well into the afternoon. Here is the recipe:

1 cup Dannon Light & Fit vanilla yogurt
1 cup frozen fruit of choice (frozen cherries are my fav.)
1/2 cup sugar free kool-aid or crystal light of choice (I use grape sugar free kool-aid)
1 scoop whey protein

Blend and enjoy!

Carbs: 29
Fiber: 3
Protein: 33

by David Zinczenko. Good nutrition information. Also, I found a protein smoothie at jamba juice which I just love called the protein berry workout. It's made with soy milk, frozen bananas, frozen strawberries, and a scoop of whey protein. Might be easy to make at home, too.
